Reporting

Both the company's and the employee's share of the ATP contribution must be reported

Use eIndkomst for reporting ATP contributions on behalf of your employees – both the company's and the employee's share of the ATP contribution.

Each quarter, the ATP contribution is collected based on your reporting in eIndkomst.

You must notify whether you have paid using A, B, C, D, E or F rates.

This must be notified if you have people employed in more than one job with you, and if these jobs are covered by a separate rate. In the case of multiple simultaneous jobs, the rate for the main job applies. The main job is the one with the most working hours. If there are more jobs with the same working hours, the employment with the highest ATP contribution applies.

Employers who do not use eIndkomst

If you cannot use eIndkomst, you need to report ATP contributions on behalf of your employees using the ATP self-service option.

ATP will send you a payment collection form only if ATP has received reporting from you.

Correcting the report

Use eIndkomst to make corrections if you have any reporting changes for 2009 onwards.

If you cannot use eIndkomst, write to ATP Livslang Pension.
