If your company closes down or is continued in corporate form, you can no longer be registered in the scheme as a self-employed person. In this case, you must therefore contact ATP.
You must pay ATP contributions if your employee works more than 39 hours a month.
If you are the director of a private or public limited company, you will be covered by the scheme as a wage earner. You must therefore continue paying contributions for yourself in the same way as you pay contributions for any employees.
