You do not have to pay contributions for trainees/apprentices under the age of 25.
However, it is a condition that such trainees/apprentices are registered for a contribution at AUB - Arbejdsgivernes Uddannelsesbidrag.
Barsel.dk still pays salary compensations for trainees/apprentices under the age of 25 even if no contribution has been paid for them.
The managing director/CEO is covered by the maternity/paternity scheme if the company pays contributions to ATP Livslang Pension for the director.
